Galaxy Note 20 Features & Specs
The phone packs an Exynos 990 chipset along with 8GB RAM. While the US variants do ship with Snapdragon 865+ processors, the global variants of Galaxy Note 20 phones feature the older Exynos 990. It still is a flagship processor with good performance but lacks the performance improvements from Snapdragon 865+. Galaxy Note 20 also comes with 256GB internal storage without any microSD card support.
The biggest downside for the Galaxy Note 20 is its plastic back. While the rest of the phone has a similar-looking design to the Note 20 Ultra, the plastic build has been widely criticized. As for the display, it sports a large 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a Full HD resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It has an IP68 certification for dust and water resistance and uses Gorilla Glass Victus for damage protection.
Cameras on Galaxy Note 20 consist of a triple camera setup at the back with a 12MP main camera. There’s also a 64MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 30x hybrid zoom feature. The telephoto camera is capable of shooting 8K resolution videos. There’s also a decent 12MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view. The front camera is inside the punch-hole in the display and comes with a 10MP sensor.
It features an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometrics. Battery specs on Galaxy Note 20 are average as it packs a 4300 mAh capacity battery. The battery supports up to 25W fast charging and PD 3.0 standard.
