Gionee after the launch of its latest mid-tier smartphone, the Gionee A1, is all geared up to launch its bigger brother the Gionee A1 Plus. The Gionee A1 Plus, which was unveiled at MWC 2017 alongside the A1 will finally make its way to Nepal. The phone is expected to hit the shelves of the Nepali market by early June. The Gionee A1 Plus Price in Nepal is expected to be around Rs. 50,000.

The A1 Plus without a doubt is the most expensive and feature-packed smartphone from Gionee’s camp. It also flaunts dual rear cameras which follow in the footsteps of the current market trend. And not only that but it too sports a massive 6-inch IPS Full HD display with a pixel count of 367PPI. Encasing the large front element is a full metal body that has a premium look and a good in-hand feeling. That said wielding this behemoth of a phone with a single hand will be next to impossible.
Under the hood, the A1 Plus packs an octa-core MediaTek MT6757T Helio P25 along with the Mali-T880MP2 GPU. The processor is backed up by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB. And yes! you can use two sim cards with this phone.
In the camera department, the phone packs a dual-camera setup with a combination of an f/2.0 13MP and 5MP rear cameras. The A1 Plus also packs a whopping f/2,0 20MP front camera for all your crystal clear selfies. Since it is also a selfie-centered smartphone, expect a lot of beautifying tools and modes to be pre-installed.
Moving on, on the software side of things, the phone runs the latest Android 7.0 Nougat with Amigo OS 4.0. Sensor wise the phone houses a front-mounted fingerprint scanner and all the other sensors one would expect from a high-end smartphone. And finally powering the device all up is a large 4550mAh non-user removable battery. This will adequate to get users a day and a half worth of battery life with heavy usage on a single charge.
