OPPO brings two new smartphones in Nepal, as the company updates its mid-range lineups with the new OPPO A31 and OPPO A52. The OPPO A52 is a mid-range smartphone that features a hole-punch display along with quad-cameras and a long-lasting battery. The OPPO A52 price in Nepal still doesn’t justify the lackluster specs it comes with despite a good design.
Specifications & Features
It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD-display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and FULL HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The phone boasts a modern hole-punch display along with a curved body design.
In terms of performance, OPPO A52 fails to pack outdated hardware as it comes with an older Snapdragon 665 processor along with Adreno 610 GPU. The phone does pack 4GB RAM and 128GB flash storage with support for a microSD card.
At the back, the OPPO A52 has a quad-camera setup with a 12MP primary shooter. There is also an 8MP ultra-wide camera along with a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The punch hole on the display houses an 8MP selfie camera at the front. Even though the camera system seems underwhelming, the 12MP main camera shouldn’t be written off as an inferior camera just based on the megapixel count.
The back of the phone looks cleaner as the usual back-mounted fingerprint scanner is now placed at the side of the phone. OPPO A52 battery capacity caps at 5,000mAh and supports an 18W fast charging feature.
OPPO A52 Price in Nepal
In terms of mid-range smartphone releases, both OPPO A52 and A31 launches are underwhelming. OPPO A52 price in Nepal is Rs. 29,990 for 4GB/128GB variant. There are better options out there in the market, and OPPO has to offer better deals if it wants to sell more phones.
