Oppo F5 Red variant launched in Nepal

Telecell Pvt. Ltd, the official distributor of Oppo smartphones in Nepal, has launched the Red version of their flagship- the Oppo F5. The phone is almost identical to the standard F5 with the exception being the exterior color and the RAM capacity. The phone now comes packing a deep red-coated shell with a whopping 6GB of RAM. Priced at Rs 44,990, here is everything else the phone has to offer.

The Oppo F5 Red variant is much like the standard version of the phone! It packs an almost bezel-less 6.0-inch Full HD (1080*2160) LTPS IPS display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. This almost bezel-less display comes wrapped in a metallic shell which is now coated with an eye-catching red color. Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core MediaTek MT6763T Helio P23 processor along with the Mali-G71MP2 GPU. Backing the core is now 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The memory capacity of the phone can be further expanded via a micro-sd card up to 256GB.

Oppo is known for their cameras-selfie cameras to be more precise. No matter what the phone, Oppo smartphones usually tend to have a superior selfie camera. The Oppo F5 Red variant is no exception as it packs a f/2.0 20MP front-facing camera. The phone also has a f/1.8 16MP rear camera accompanied by a LED flash. Below the camera is a fingerprint scanner embedded into the phones back panel. Other sensors include an accelerometer, a proximity sensor, digital compass, and a gyroscope. Moving on, software-wise the phone runs ColorOS 3.2 based on Android 7.1 Nougat. And finally powering the device all up is a 3200mAh non-user removable battery.
