OPPO has finally slashed the price of two of its leading mid-range smartphones, the OPPO F11 and the OPPO A5S. The reduction of excise duty by a recent government policy has led to a decrease in smartphone prices. OPPO F11 New Price
OPPO has reduced the price of the F11 from Rs. 37,990 to the updated price of Rs. 35,490. Given the list of features this phone comes with, this isn’t a bad deal at all.
OPPO F11 has a 6.53-inch FULL HD+ display. The phone has the usual gradient flush back design and comes with a rear fingerprint scanner. It has a huge 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging options. Moreover, the phone packs an Helio P70 processor and 4GB RAM combo that offers smooth performance.
The cameras on OPPO F11 include the dual cameras at the back. There is a 48MP main camera paired with a 5MP depth sensor. The F11 also has a tear-drop notch design that houses a 16MP selfie shooter. This set of cameras work together to provide a combined result of high res imaging with few artifacts.
OPPO A5s New Price
A5S is a budget-range phone and the reduction has slashed the price to Rs. 17,990. The OPPO A5S sports a screen design similar to the F11 with a tear-drop notch. It houses an 8MP selfie camera for quick selfie snaps. The display on A5S measures at 6.2-inch and has 720p HD resolution.
OPPO A5S also uses an Helio P35 octa-core processor and a 2GB RAM. The RAM capacity will hinder the multi-tasking performance, but the overall experience should be smooth. The accompanying battery is a 4320mAh unit, so the phone is capable of lasting a while before needing any charging. It still lacks fast charging, so when the phone does run out of juice, charging won’t be as fast as that of OPPO F11.
Again, besides the selfie shooter, the phone packs a dual camera system at the back. The main camera is a 13MP sensor that works with the 2MP depth sensor. The secondary camera only works to create portrait effects and doesn’t take photos on its own.
