Xiaomi has come up with an interesting new phone in it’s Mi lineup. Previously reserved for flagship phones, Xiaomi has introduced a new mid-range phone that boasts flagship designs and camera specs. The all-new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth 5G price starts at $300 and packs plenty of features in it. It comes with multiple cameras along with a specialized periscope zoom lens.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Specifications and Features
Starting off with its performance, Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth packs a Snapdragon 765G processor along with a base 6GB/64GB and 8GB/256GB RAM and storage configurations. This base RAM capacity is easily passable for heavy multitasking and gaming. It runs on MIUI 11 software on top of Android 10 OS.
Mi 10 Youth design inherits a clean look from the expensive MI 10 phone. It has a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The screen has a Full HD+ resolution along with a smooth 180Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth selfie camera rests at the top-notch of the screen and comes with a 16MP sensor.
The main cameras at the back are placed on a rectangular bump. Mi 10 Youth combo of quad-cameras consists of a main 48MP camera, an 8MP zoom lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The bigger (1/2-inches) sensor size of Mi 10 Youth camera seems to be the most noticeable upgrade along with the 8 MP periscope zoom lens. The camera can perform up to 5x optical zoom and 50x zoom using both optical and electronic zoom.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth battery has a capacity of 4,160mAh, which is a standard these days. This will ensure that users don’t run out of juice in the middle of the day. All these features combined present a decently specced phone at this price range.
